Im going to get strait to it about golden Corral, it seems like every location I have went to seem to have personal issues, today at a lima location, our server introduced herself and was not seen for over 30 minutes, the entire section was un attended, one customer got pissed off because of  her service demanding his money back, even though his getto ass already ate the food!! Bad service on a product and using it un able to return such as food, is just fucking taseless, i could under stand if the food was shitty but that was not the case  was the server. Any way the manager came and listen to him bitch for 10 minutes demanding his money back. The manager asked us did we want our money back, and i said no. Why??????? I already used the un returnable product!! After all that the manager sent her to the back, but 3 minutes later she started talking shit about her job and that she was going to get another job, and how much bullshit she go through at her job. Some other shit i really did not give a fuck about ,on some real shit!!  But however, L & L took dealing with shitty service as a lesson to keep our Customers service Tight!! To hold our 4 year A rating with the BBB, Always take care of your customer first, no exuces, when a employee fucks up your customer service that dead beat ass employee is long gone after you fired your ass, Your company name fucked over some bullshit with your name on it!! Trust me we have went through our dose of bull shit with personal problems, it thought about Golden Corral losing money to over some else, giving the refund, sending that person home, leaving them the company 1 person short closing the store, costing over time dollars!!!! Damm!! its fucked up how one person can make a difference, Good or bad!! I also posted a video on youtube and tagged it to Golden Corral channell. And i told the manager i was going to blast their ass over this shit!!! It was not about the money it was about the service!!! Also while i was tagging them i seen other shit on youtube about them regarding, health department isuues, closed down because of rats and da!! da Ta!! DA!!! Bad customer service!! Imagine that. Also it let me add Fricish Big Boy is also a connection to Golden Corral and their Service sucks also!!! This is not a bash blog but a lesson to learn!! People wont pay for shitty service, and Golden Corrall if you are reading this is you don’t like what we are writing about you or you did not like our video comment http://youtu.be/RaLOb3v0qNc then Step your game your brand is at Steak, or is it because you don’t give a fuck because, you will selling your company to some poor sucker. Check out Yahoo news regarding their entire chain is selling out. Makes you wonder why!! Lastly i feel no one will give a fuck about your brand but you!!
